Leader of the Firm’s Real estate and urban development law practice.

Mr. Agudelo concentrates his practice in legal areas relating to the acquisition, development, financing, structuring, probate and fiduciary litigation and negotiation of real estate, mining and trust law projects.

Mr. Agudelo has extensive experience advising, structuring and negotiating, both national and international, real estate projects in the private and public sector.

He concentrates his practice advising on compliance of urban and architectural plans with Colombian condominium and real estate law, as well as mining, telecommunications and hotel and hospitality law. During his practice, Mr. Agudelo has represented and assisted buyers, sellers, lenders, developers, and national entities through various stages and aspects of real estate transactions and acquisitions.

Mr. Agudelo is versed in drafting strategies and solving issues related to developer turnover, management and operations of shopping malls including drafting of land use, management, marketing agreements and compliance of legal documents with real estate regulations.
