Her professional experience and participation in several law firms and their Intellectual Property and Competition areas have allowed her to work in defense and protecting intangible assets in challenging issues involving entrepreneurs, large companies, and multinationals.

She has skills in the negotiation and resolution of Intellectual Property disputes.

Laura is an Intellectual Property Manager certificated by the World Intellectual Property Organization – WIPO. Likewise, she is a member of the Inter-American Association of Intellectual Property – ASIPI and its Mediation, Conciliation, and Arbitration Committee.
