Her professional experience is focused on advising and representing companies and individuals in matters of dispute resolution in pre-judicial, judicial and administrative proceedings.

Her trajectory has been framed in the representation of clients’ interests for conflict resolution in civil, commercial and medical liability matters, among others. She also has experience in pre-contractual negotiation for risk mitigation and litigation prevention.

Before joining Correa Merino Agudelo, María Jimena worked as an in-house lawyer in an important institution that is part of the health sector in Medellín.
