Martín is a law student from EAFIT University, his experience in the firm focuses on corporate law, mergers, acquisitions, and private equity operations. In these areas he participates in the incorporation and restructuring of corporations; furthermore, he collaborates in the analysis and structuring of corporate and private equity transactions.

Within the tax affairs he has had the opportunity to participate in the structuring of tax strategies for companies.
